sleek hotel near the train station!

The staff were all friendly. i had full access to the spa and sauna. It was great to relax after a day of sightseeing. the bed was really comfortable. It enhanced my stay. the room was pristine every day, excellent!!!
the bathroom door allowed noise to travel easily, disruptive. i was frequently disturbed by the shaking door when other guests were closing theirs. i couldn't sleep well.

A mixed experience. Some issues encountered

the staff was quite friendly. i liked the location near transportation.
The promised spa access was a hassle. it was closed for a private party, leaving hotel guests stranded. the manager didn't seem to care much about guest inconvenience. This was quite frustrating and spoiled the stay. also, there was a problem accessing the hotel's email to get my invoice, that was unexpected.

The room was a bit of a letdown. The promised view was mostly of a brick wall, not exactly inspiring. the tv remote didn't work, and no one seemed particularly interested in fixing it . the spa was also closed for 'maintenance,' which i only discovered after trekking down there in my robe. it seems some of the advertised amenities were more theoretical than practical, also, the breakfast, at 20 euros, reminded me of highway robbery for what i got.

i found the facilities to be very clean. they appear modern and well kept. the bar and terrace on the ground floor are nicely decorated. the breakfast room is spacious and bright. i had a glimpse of the eiffel tower from my window.

The hotel was aesthetically pleasing and new. i used the spa every morning. It. the bar offered fresh espresso and yummy snacks. cocktails were also available, which i enjoyed after a long day, we loved the quietness at night.

I found my room very clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff provided great service from check-in to departure. I appreciated the promptness of the check-in and the overall efficiency. Breakfast offered a good selection (especially the croissants!).
